The club experience of your dreams! An aerial and dance event starring an incredible, all Black cast of nightlife performers
Saharla (aka Major Hammy) came to me with the opportunity to work on a poster for her first big self-produced event, and I couldn’t jump on it fast enough. She had the idea for performer silhouettes in a club-like environment or seen through windows, and knew she wanted it to feel like an exciting, funk-influenced dance party you wouldn’t want to miss. I drew up some initial sketches, and she loved one of them so much we thought about using it as the design for a commemorative tote bag for the performers.
